Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible an efficient, highly accurate aerial survey with a surveying equipment retained still in the air.
CONSTITUTION: A laser device 1 capable of transmitting and receiving laser beam and an air-born controller 4 are provided on a landing cushioning damper 3 fitted with a circular cushioning material 2. The damper 3 is connected to a spherical balloon 8 with a wire connected in series to a bearing regulator 5 and an untwister 6. In addition, a ground controller 12 is connected to the controller 4 and a radio controller 14 by way of an optical fiber and a transmission means 13. Then, by proper operation of the radio controller 14, a helicoptor 11 is radio controlled to tug the balloon 8 to a given height above an object 15 to be measured, and a survey is made with the signal transmitted from the controller 12. Thus, an accurate surveying work can be done quickly and efficiently.
