CONSTITUTION:There is provided fixedly cylindrical ink reserving means 3 which is close at an end near an axis 11 and is prepared for an ink liquid ejecting orifice 3a at a distant end, on a turning arm 2 fixed so that is may show a radial direction on a plain vertical to the rotary axis 1 of a driving motor 1. An ink liquid flow control electrodes 5 are provided so that an orifice path may be put between them.
