Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Electric-field intensity measurement section A consists of electric- field intensity measurement circuit 11, amplifier 12 and differentiating circuit 13. Lightning discharge counter section B consists of antenna 21, tuning circuit 22, amplifier 23, Schmitt circuit 24, and integrator 25. After identity between outputs of electric-field intensity measurement section A and lightning discharge counter B is detected by simultaneous detector 30, they are recorded by recorder 40. In this way, an output is generated only at the time of simultaneous detection, so that weather conditions can be observed with accurary.
