CONSTITUTION:A conductive wire 13 is evaporated or etched on the top of an insulating vibrating thin film 5 made from polyimide, mylar or the like to form a conductive metal substance. A metal substance excelling in specific modulus of elasticity (Young's modulus/density), such as beryllium and titanium, is evaporated or sputtered on the back of the vibrating thin film 5 to form a metallic thin film diaphragm 5a. Another vibrating thin film 25 is supported on its outer circumference from the top and back faces by means of insulating fixed thin plate rings 3, 4 which are secured to the vibrating thin film, and is fastened to circular thin plate yokes 1, 2 with fixing rings 6, 7.
