Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the subject device of a compact structure, wherein a hopper is connected to a charging port, and a stirring device is provided on the upper surface of a wall inclined at the outer side toward the upper part, thereby causing no bridge phenomenon.
CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing door 17 is opened in a state where a shifting plate 14 within the extension 6' of a hopper is moved to the backmost position, and solid wastes are charged through an opening 6. When a hydraulic motor 10 is energized to rotate a pair of screws 12 in opposite directions, and a shifting cylinder 15 is extended, the shifting plate 14 advances and the solid wastes pass through a charging port 2 and fall in a forcing device box 1. The solid wastes existing along the inclined side wall of the hopper 6 are scraped upward by screws 12, and hence no bridge phenomenon occurs. When the solid wastes are charged sufficiently into the box 1, the shifting plate 14 and the screws are stopped by a detecting signal of a detector 13, and a force plate 4 is caused to advance by a force cylinder 5 and solid wastes are forced into an accommodation vessel 18.
