Abstract

CONSTITUTION: It is comprised of the flange member 4 secured respectively to the facing ends between the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3, a resilient iron board 5 placed across each flange members, and bolt and nut for securing said resilient iron board 5 to said flange member 4. When bending said resilient iron board into C-shape applying the initial bending, the coupling can be bent easily to the axial direction to simplify the accurate centering of the shaft while simultaneously the bending stress repeatedly on the coupling shaft is relieved resulting in the smoothing of the rotation.
