CONSTITUTION: When producing semoconductive compound mold containing conductive carbon black such furnace black, acetylene black and thermoplastic polymer such as ethylene-propylene rubber, buthyl rubber, polyethylene, PVC as main components, heat history 30°C higher than main crystal melting point is provided to said compound. For example it is heated to said temperature after molding or molded under said temperature. Consequently it can be molded easily while containing relatively small amount of carbon black and maintaining desired semiconductivity, and the deterioration of mechanical characteristic can be prevented.
