Besides these system stations, centralized control center 15 is installed to compose the process data sent from station 11 and 12 and then to distribute the data to each station, along with the device which transmits the composite data distributed to each station from the center together with the process data of the own station to the terminals at plural areas controlled by the own station via one channel of the communication circuit. Thus, the information process is carried out so that the local radar information can be transmitted along with the radar information obtained at other stations.
