Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency and accuracy of work, by automatically controlling a series of operation that the next hook is carried out under an empty condition that a material of a coil-like wire rod product in group units is not hung when a final material of said product is hung to a hook.

CONSTITUTION: When coil-like wire rod products 5, 6 are hung to a hook 13 in a product carrying-in portion A, a hook transfer completion signal a is sent to a hook rise command device 31, and the hook 13 rises up to a conveyor line 7. An opening signal b of a stopper 8 of the hook 13 is transmitted to a carrying- out command device 32 at that time, and the hook 13 goes out from the carrying- in portion A. When the hook 13 passes through an access switch 11, an opening signal C of a stopper 9 stopping the next hook 14 is sent to a carrying-in command device 33. When the hook enters the carrying-in portion A by the sending of said signal C to said device 33, a hook product hanging signal d is transmitted to a fall command device 34, the empty hook 14 falls and a preparation completion signal f₁ of the reception of said products 5, 6 is emitted.
