CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped bellows 47 is arranged between the plate 42 of a control-rod driving apparatus and a welded bellows 49, and connection is formed between welded bellows 49 and the U-shaped bellows 47 through a welding part 48. The number of mountains of the bellows 47 is determined according to the stress value generated on the bellows 49. In other cases, the thickness of the thin plate 44 constituting the welded bellows 49 is made thicker than other parts, and the plate is formed thicker in the direction towards the fixed end, then the spring constant becomes large in the vicinity of the fixed end, and the resistant force in the direction of expansion of bellows is increased, and the generation of cracks can be prevented.
