Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a dust remover which does not overload, nor corrode at the mechanical parts without trouble by elevationally moving a rake arm having a scraping plate at the bottom and a rockable slide mechanism at the top substantially in parallel with a screen to remove dusts.
CONSTITUTION: A screen 1 is inserted into a water channel to collect rough dusts or the like. A power cylinder 31 is operated to rock a rake angle control plate 20 to thereby dispose the scraping plate 17 at the end of a rake arm 16 at suitable interval from the screen 1. Then, a rockable side mechanism 18 is lowered while slinding to thereby insert the arm 16 into the water in the water channel. A rocking mechanism 27 is operated to rock the plate 20 and the arm 16 to thereby make the plate 17 contact with the bottom of the screen 1. Dusts are thus scraped up by the plate 17. A drive motor 26 is then operated to elevate it along the screen 1. The dusts are removed by repeating these operations.
