Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device wherein a blocking plate of a specific shape is used in combination with a L-type box body formed separately into a bottom part and a bottomless box body, thereby to carry out accurate packaging and to facilitate packaging and unpackaging operations.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, a L-type top unit 9 is inserted in the bottom part 3. The bottom is fitted in the recessed part 10 of a first buffer material 8, and a third buffer material 12 is also fitted therein, thereafter positioning fixture of the L-type top unit 9 being carried out. After a fourth buffer material 13 is brought into contact with the corner portion of said unit 9, the bottomless box part 2 is fitted in said unit 9, and a locking tool 7 is fitted in a through hole 6 and bonded unitarily to the bottom part 3. Then, a blocking plate 15 is arranged on the L-type rise up portion 16 of the L-type box body 1, and a buffer material 17 is brought into abutment with the inner surface of the blocking plate 15. Thereafter, the flap 18 is folded to cover and conceal the upper and lower pieces 15a and 15b of the blocking plate 15, and butt portions of the flap is pasted by a tape 20, and further the rise up edge of the blocking plate 15 is pasted to the rise down side plate of the L-type box body 1 by means of a tape 20, thus packaging being finished.
