Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten a man-hour and length of time required for the laying work, by such means that with a cable made aerially laying while being applied a prescribed reverse tension, the messenger cable be stretched and hung between the poles after a completion of the laying work.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lines of an insulated cable 3 and messenger wire 4 are carried out from a drum 1 respectively, with those of the above made through a reverse tension operational device 5 further through a conductive line unit rolling device 6, and an aerial cable 7 will be assembled.
