CONSTITUTION:The dropper, inserter lines 27 and 31 are connected to the digital line in timesharingly multiplex and the test circuit is connected to the lines 27 and 31. In the circuit constitution like this, the frame synchronism 40 to the digital line is taken and the signal of the channel designated according to the frame synchronism 40 is picked up and the test for the digital line is made by inserting newly a signal to the channel. Thus, the test for the digital line can be made corresponding to lines.
