Abstract

On the other hand, the power-supply terminal of latch 12 is connected to backup power supply 13 and also to the main power supply via diode 14. Therefore, since the data are allowed to stand by at the time of the cutting off of the power supply, a data process can be attained without using any address and the program can be also simplified.
