Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the title NH3 leak by stopping supply of NH3 in a specific time before or after the beginning of raising load, and restarting the supply at an earlier point of time out of a specific time before or after the end of raising load and a point of time at which the concn. of NOx in denitrator outlet gas reaches a specific value.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of raising load, NH3 adsorbed on denitration catalyst is desorbed as the temp. of exhaust gas is increased, and it is effectively used in denitration, so supply of NH3 is stopped in 5 min before and after the beginning of raising load. In case the range of fluctuation in load is narrow, supply of NH3 is restarted in 5 min before and after the end of raising load. When the range is wide, the supply is restarted at a point of time at which the concn. of NOx in denitrator outlet gas reaches 2W4 times as high as that before the raising. To an arbitrary range, the supply is restarted at an earlier point of time out of the above two points of time. NH3 is supplied in proportion with NOx in exhaust gas.
