Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the title sheet of reduced thickness, as well as of little or no dimensional variation leading to freedom from peeling off, etc. thus for use in floor, wall, etc., comprising glass fiber nonwoven fabric as a base.
CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber nonwoven fabric (pref. of 0.1-2mm thick) is coated with a polyvinyl chloride sol coating, resulting in a finished layer of, e, g. 200-1500μ thick. The intermediate product thus obtained is then baked preferably at 145-200°C for 10 min., or at 180-280°C for 1-2 min. followed by, if roquired, printing a desired pattern on it, thus giving the objective cushioning sheet.
EFFECT: Flame-retardant, as well as highly flexible.
