Abstract
PURPOSE: To allow washing by removing a gauze filter, and to arrange this device so as to ensure excellent drainage even when using a crushing chamber as a normal garbage encasing vessel.
CONSTITUTION: When garbage is charged into a crushing chamber 5 from a charge port 1 and a motor 11 is turned, a rotary disc 10a and a dehydration cage 12 rotate in the slight lag of the number of revolution by means of over-drive gears 15W17. Garbage on the rotary disc 10a is dispersed to the fixed edge 9 side by centrifugal force, crushed by means of a rotary edge 10 and a notch groove 9a of the fixed edge 9, blown off onto the cage 12 through a clearance of the fixed edge 9, upward pushed up by the action of a brush 25 and the cage 12 while being dehydrated by the revolution of the cage 12 at high speed, and collected into a polyethylene bag 30 in a dust collecting box 26 from a drainage port 27. Even when flowing water to a sink 2 under a condition that garbage is collected into the chamber 5, water passes through a by-path 33 through a gauze filter 31, which can freely be removed, and flows to a drain pipe 18 without troubles.
