Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the deflection of through bars 4 used for unifying rotating disc bodies, by mounting an intermediate support plate to the shafts of the rotating disc bodies.
CONSTITUTION: The number of discs must be increased in order to enlarge contact area in a rotating disc type organism disposal device. Blocks 13 of arranging discs are constituted in such a manner that rigid plates 3 are put among trapezoid plates 1, and through bars 8 are penetrated to the plates 3 and unified by means of fastening by screws. A rotating disc body 14 is arranged to ensure that support end plates 8 inserted into both end portions of a shaft 7 and arms 5 for holding are weld fixed, the holding plates 3 of the blocks 13 of arranging discs are inserted among each arm 5 for holding, and adjacent blocks 13 are mutually fixed by means of bolts 6, etc. Consequently, all loads of the discs work to the through bars 4, thus forming deflection. If using an intermediate support plate 9, deflection can be prevented. If using two sheets of the support plates 9, the quantity of deflection lowers to 1/81 of that in the case when not using the plate.
