Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high strength bonded portion without dialocated bonded position and local deformation and dents after bonding by the procedure in which a metal powder is placed between the bonding surfaces of metals and then sintered.
CONSTITUTION: Several grams of the metal powder G are each placed on appropriate positions of the one metal plate 1, and the other metal plate is superposed upon the metal powder G to sinter the metal powder G between the both metal plates 1 and 2 by heating in a heating furnace, e.g., electric oven, etc.. The metals to be bonded may be of the same kinds or different ones. And, the metal powder used can be freely selected according to the properties of the metals to be bonded or necessary bonding strength.
