Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative laminate similar to natrual wood, having a roundish wood-finish effect, by using a shaping plate completely coincident with a latewood part of a wood-finish effect printed paper, having an uneven pattern of a wood surface similar to the natural wood-finish effect and a trachea pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A photographic negative film 1 having such register marks that a latewood part transmits light and an early wood part does not is fomred. The photosensitive resin 6 is applied to the surface of the base 5, which is then covered with the negative film 1 and irradiated with light to cure the latewood part 2 that transmitted light and remove the uncured resin of the early wood part 3 that did not transmit light, thus forming the base plate 7. The base plate 7 is etched to give the etched plate 8. The release film 12 and the etched plate 8 are placed on the surface of the plywood 11 composed of veneers glued together, and hot-pressed to give the matrix plate 13 having a transferred uneven wood-finish effect on the plywood 11.
