Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve working ratio, by mounting a rotary body, which fringe has a groove portion along a rotary shaft, by inserting a plate into the groove portion by adsorbing the plate by an adsorbing pad near the groove portion of the rotary body and by inversion feeding the plate by turning the rotary body.

The substrates 3 are forwarded from the groove portion 8 by means of a drive device 15a, and transferred to a succeeding treating device 15. Thus, working ratio can be improved
