Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve working ratio, by mounting a rotary body, which fringe has a groove portion along a rotary shaft, by inserting a plate into the groove portion by adsorbing the plate by an adsorbing pad near the groove portion of the rotary body and by inversion feeding the plate by turning the rotary body.
CONSTITUTION: The one ends of substrates 3 stacked on a table 1 for lifting and letting fall the substraes are adsorbed by means of an adsorbing pad 4, the substrates are hoisted by means of an up and down moving cylinder 5 only by a slight angle, the substrates contact with a limit switch 9 when inserting the substrates into a U character-like groove portion 8 of a rotary body 7 by actuating a cylinder 6 under a condition that the substrates are adsorption held, and the normal insetion of the substraes 3 is detected while driving a motor 1 to furn a rotary shaft 11 only by a fixed angle, thus resulting in the inversion of the substrates 3 while using the groove portion 8 as a guide under the condition that the substrates are absorption held. The substrates 3 are forwarded from the groove portion 8 by means of a drive device 15a, and transferred to a succeeding treating device 15. Thus, working ratio can be improved
