PURPOSE:To obtain the high frequency pulse through a simple circuit by supplying the oscillation output to EOR directly and after a delay and then producting the frequency which is double the oscillation frequency from EOR. CONSTITUTION:Oscillator circuit 11 delivers pulse (a) with the frequency which is determined by the constant of capacitor 15 and resistance 16 to supply it to EOR17 as well as to delay circuit 18. Signal (b) of the integral waveform is supplied to the other input terminal of EOR17 from circuit 18. Here resistance 19 of circuit 18 and capacitor 20 are set properly along with the threshold level of EOR set to a fixed level, thus obtaining pulse C from EOR17. The frequency of pulse C becomes double the oscillation frequency, so the steady high frequency pulse can be obtained.
