PURPOSE: To decrease exhaust of HC from an internal combustion engine by constituting an exhaust gas purifier therefor such that an exhaust gas recirculation passage is communicated to an auxiliary suction passage in order that EGR gas is stratified over a wall portion of a combustion chamber during medium or high load running so as to prevent the wall from being cooled.
