Abstract

Immediately after assembling of the motor where the foil type brush 5 doesn't perform sufficient commutation, the wire type brush 6 performs good commutation thus to provide good commutation as a whole. As the operating time elapses, the foil type brush 6 gets to fit. As the operating time elapses further, wire type brush 6 is abraded but the foil type brush 5 provides good commutation
