PURPOSE: To secure the reliable operation of a device for stopping an atomic power plant to safely stop it out a central control room by using the protector of the room according to the room state.
CONSTITUTION: A control switch 2 switches between the control panel 10 having a control switch 4 for controlling system units in an atomic power plant and a protector 5 in a central control room and the second control panel having a control switch 1 to thereby control auxiliary equipment 3. This switch 2 consists of four contacts 2A to 2C, 2C' wherein the contact 2C is interlocked to that 2C'. If the protector 5 cannot be operated, the contact 2B is closed as the conventional manner. If the protector 5 can be operated, the contacts 2C, 2C' are closed to protect required units in the power plant
