Abstract
PURPOSE: The heat blow of the drying bag passes through the space formed by the mattress and the drying bag body, and through the part consisting in the flow pathway in which the air passes inside the mattress. By doing so, the mositure of the mattress is absorbed and the bag body is connected to the suction side of the heat blower. Thus, high drying effeciency for the mattress is attained.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 10, possessed of one or more than one opening 12 in the tube wall, is attached at least in one side of a drying bag 14 through a fixing band 16. By doing so, the drying bag is placed inside the mattress and one end of the tube 10 is connected at least to one part of a air suction side 20 of a heat blower 18 to form the mattress dryer. Thus, the heat blower 18 absorbs the air including the moisture from the opening 12 of the tube 10 and when the air with moisture passes through a heater 26 of the heat blower 18, the air converts to the dried air. Then, by feeding the dried air to the drying bag 14 again, the efficient moisture removal operation can be attained without loosing the heat quantity
