Abstract
PURPOSE: To heighten the heat transfer property between a coolant pipe and a sheet, by introducing a heat transfer substance through an introducing hole into the gap between the sheet and the coolant pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The coolant pipe 2 is provided on the heat transfer sheet 3 and a thermoplastic film 4 is covered on the coolant pipe, thereby making a pipe sheet 1. The introducing hole 6 and a suction hole 5 are connected to the gap 7 defined by the sheet 3, the coolant pipe 2 and the thermoplastic film 4, particularly at both the ends of the coolant pipe 2. The heat transfer substance 8 such as ethylene glycol, glycerin, alcohol, flowing paraffin, anaerobic bonding agent, etc. is filled through the suction hole 5 and the introducing hole 6
