PURPOSE: To rpovide the subject method comprising the steps of: blowing molten iron in a converter which has been subjected to dephosphorization treatment, and using the total amount of converter slags generated in a converter as a slag-making agent for dephosphorization treatment, whereby the total amount of slags generated from a steel-making plant is reduced and the generated slags are modified and effectively utilized.
