Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject process comprising the steps of: subjecting to a pretreatment a low-temperature denitrating catalyst whose catalyst activating function has been lowered to less than a predetermined value in a gaseous waste stream which has stopped the introduction of HN3, and then subjecting the catalyst to a heat treatment under specific conditions, whereby the low-temperature denitrating catalyst can be reproduced without causing any secondary industrial contamination.
