Abstract

PURPOSE: To make automatic diameter control smooth and to pull up crystals of small fluctuation in diameter from a crucible, by connecting in high-frequency heating of the crucible a delay element to either one of a high-frequency current circuit or a crucible weight detecting circuit so as to make the time constants of the both circuit coincide with each other.
