Abstract

PURPOSE: For increasing detection capacity, to provide a means for heating the passage for the exhaust gas from the heating chamber of high-frequency heaters in which the supply of high-frequency wave is controlled in accordance with the detection of the exhaust gas from said heating chamber by a humidity sensor.

CONSTITUTION: When heated with high-frequency wave supplied, the heating object material 1 placed in a heating chamber 2 generates water vapour so that the humidity in said heating chamber 2 rises. The air contained in said heating chamber 2 is discharged through an air discharge hole 3 and an air discharge passage 4. In the meanwhile, cooling air for cooling electric parts is sucked through an air discharge hole 9 to rise along the outer face of the wall of said heating chamber 2 and to cool while passing along the outer face of the wall of said air discharge passage 4, and sucked in a fan motor 8. Since the discharge air from said heating chamber 2 is cooled down, the relative humidity thereof is raised and the variation of said rerative humidity is made larger than that of the conventional ones of the kind. Said variation is detected by a humidity sensor 9 for controlling the supply of high frequency wave.
