Abstract
PURPOSE: To store annular goods automatically in elected and standing condition by providing a tray with a moving mechanism which moves the tray along a pallet and an inclining mechanism which inclines the tray toward the pallet side.
CONSTITUTION: When turn table 2 is rotated by 90° against depicted direction in this figure, one of handled goods 6 rides on a distributing conveyor 16 through a feed line 1. When the table 2 in an above-described direction is rotated by 90°, the handled goods 8 on the conveyor 16 is stored within a compartment 19 in a tray 3 in an elected condition. Each time when the abovedescribed operation is repeated, the tray 3 is proceeded by one compartment and thus all the compartments are filled with goods 9. Then the tray is proceeded to a side of a pallet 10 like as depicted tray 4 and is inclined toward the pallet 10. Thereby, goods 9 stored in the tray 4 fed into the pallet 10 due to rolling thereof and are accomodated on beams 20 in elected and standing condition.
