Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a water electrolysis apparatus with a reduced size by shortening the distance between the electrodes through prevention of generation of bubble on the surface thereof by means of hollow, porous electrodes so arranged as to withdraw gases generated thereon through the hollow section thereof.
