Abstract

PURPOSE:To indicate the combination of numerous changeable dampers and the blowoff direction, presence or absence and temperature of air of an air conditioner by the display of an image so that people in general can easily discriminate the indications at a glance. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle room air intake duct 22 and an external air intake duct 21 branched into two parts are provided at one end of an air duct 2 of the air conditioner 1. A defroster blowoff duct 23, a blowoff duct 24 for the feet at the front seat and a blowoff duct 25 for the feet at the rear seat are provided at the other end of the air duct 2. A vent blowoff duct 26 is provided at a halfway part of the air duct 2. These ducts are shifted through an operating unit 5 attached to the instrument panel of a vehicle. A display unit 6 having a liquid crystal display portion 61 which displays the image of at least the front seat and the vicinity thereof is provided to indicate the state of outflow of air from the air conditioner 1 caused through the operating unit 5.
