CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical unit 15 is protrusively provided below a rotary plug, and in its interior is hung a layer-built thermally insulated part 20. To the thermally insulated part 20, are tightened a spacer 22 and a shield disc 23 made of metal by a nut 24, and to the disc 23 is connected a ring-shape disc 26 through a thermally insulating washer 25. With peripheral surfaces of the disc 26 so made as to be contacted to inner surfaces of the cylindrical unit 15 and an infiltration of sodium vapor prevented, a deterioration of the thermal insulation performance due to the sodium can be prevented. And no clearance between the cylindrical unit 15 and the layer- built thermally insulated part 20 eliminates a production of convection, capable of improving the thermal insulation.
