Abstract
PURPOSE: To plan to make a dryer as small as possible by providing a peripheral groove, formed around the dryer frame for the purpose of winding electric chord therefor, with an jet port moved in-and-out cooperating with switching operations.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 4 and an electric chord 22, wound around a peripheral groove 1a formed around a dryer frame 1, are attached to the dryer frame 1. The switch 4 is sliding type and equipped within the groove 1a. A jet port 6 is provided at the peripheral groove 1a and is moved in-and-out cooperating with the operations of the switch 4. The jet port 6 is formed so that wind can be blown out of the port 6 to the sidewise direction thereof when the port 6 is projected. A pin 16 for an arm 15, connected to a switch operator 14 for the switch 4 slidable up-and-down within a groove 13, is inserted into the groove 13, and a louver 11 is controlled by the up-and-down motion of the pin 16 and moves in-and-out. The jet port 6 is formed by the louver 11 for controlling wind direction and protecting fingers from injuries caused by inserting.
