Abstract
PURPOSE: For smoothening repair works, to ensure the detachment of the upper lid of a nozzle by attaching a guide nozzle on the side face section of said nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A guide wire 9 is extended between the lower end portion 16' of the nozzle 16 attached on the ceiling plate 1 of a double-shell tank with a heat behaviour absorbing exapansion pipe 15 provided between said ceiling plate 1 and said nozzle 16 on one hand, and the bottom section of said tank on the other. The elevating lid 10 whose both end portions are movably fitted in said guide wire 9 is at the bottom section of said tank due to the own weight thereof. The upper end portion of said elevating lid 10 is branched right and left by a guide roller 18 provided inside said nozzle 16, led out of said tank through the guide nozzles 19 attached on side faces, and connected to a draw-up mechanism 12. If any trouble has occurred, said elevating lid 10 is drawn up together with a float 5 with said guide nozzle 19 opened, and stopped when the lower end portion of said nozzle 16 is hermetically sealed thereby. Thus, said upper lid 21 can be smoothly repaired after detached.
