Abstract

PURPOSE:To remotely control a plurality of items via two transmission lines by providing a switching circuit at a station to be controlled for selectively switching it with a control signal from a control station side to produce its output for controlling the devices at the station to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 of control station side is connected via two transmission lines 2 to a receiver unit 3 having a switching circuit at a station to be controlled. The controller 1 incorporates a DC power supply 4 to feed a DC voltage to the lines 2 in time shared manner. When the switch 5 is closed at the control station side, a collector current will flow through the transistor 17 of the unit 3 to thereby drive only a relay 31. When the switch 5 is opened and the switch 6 is closed, the relays 31, 32 are driven. When switches 8 to 10 are operated, they drive corresponding relays. Thus, only two transmission lines can remotely control a plurality of items.
