Abstract
PURPOSE: To seal plasma stably and effectively by configuring toroidal coil close to plasma and configuring helical coil at outer periphery of coil thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of toroidal coils 9 are supported with support 10 to configure close to annular vacuum container 2. Helical coil 11 is wound within the groove 12 of outer periphery of support 10 suspending this with bank. Accordingly, this enables to prevent from diffusion of plasma 1 and to seal stably.
