Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize potential energy of descending capsules and save expense for power by providing a descendingly inclined tube way with a flow quantity adjusting device near an end portion thereof and varying flow speed therein so that constant sets of capsule are existing always in the descendingly inclined tube way.
CONSTITUTION: When an inclination of a tube way is bigger than running resistance of a capsule, the capsule begins to run by gravity, and in this case, a pressure before the capsule is higher than that after the capsule, and when a pressure difference is supposed to be ΔP, a pressure difference ΔPcd is generated before the capsule 3 descending through an inclined tube way 2, therefore, a pressure adjusting valve 10 is half shut so as to generate a pressure equivalent to ΔPcd. When none of the capsule is existing in the tube way 2, the valve 10 is fully opened to avoid pressure loss caused therein. Passing of the capsule is detected by a detector 14 and the valve 10 is fully opened by a controlling device 11. According to this system, the pressure difference caused by the capsule 3 is eliminated and an air pressure in a lower end portion B may be maintained at constant.
