Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a fully automatic washing machine which can enhance the washing capacity and reduce the irregular washing and damage of clothes to be washed inexpensively by a dehydrating shaft secured to a washing and dehydrating tank and a washing shaft mounted with an agitator reciprocatingly moving within specified inverting angle periodically with clothes agitating blades provided on the same shaft.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch S1 15 is disposed at the side designated by solid line, the rotation of a rotor shaft 11 of a linear motor 9 is transmitted to washing shaft 7 by the operation of washing and dehydrating clutch provided within a clutch mechanism to thus advance washing step. When a switch S2 16 is contacted at the side designated by a solid line, the shaft 11 is, for example, rotated clockwise. When a rotor 10 is reversely rotated in the range of 360°<θ<720°, the switch 16 is switched to the side designated by broken line by suitable control system to reversely rotate the motor. Thus, the washing step is normally and reversely rotated in the reversing angle θ in the range of 360°<θ<720°. On the other hand, when the switch 15 is switched to the side designated by broken line, the rotor shaft 11 is transmitted to the dehyrating shaft 4 by the operation of the washing and dehydrating clutch to advance the dehydrating step.
