CONSTITUTION:A plurality of subscriber lines 22a and 22b and the office line trunk 23 are constituted into the circuit groups 21a, 21b and 21c according to the function of the telephone set 2, key telephone 8 and office line possessed by each, and the circuit groups 21a, 21b and 21c and the common control unit 25 are commonly connected via the transmission and reception buses 26 and 27. Further, the terminal control circuit 24 is connected between the subscriber circuits 22a and 22b of the line groups 21a, 21b, 21c and the trunk circuit 23 and the buses 26 and 27. The control unit 25 designates the addresses for the line groups 21a, 21b and 21c via the buses 26 and 27 to deliver the data, and the line groups 21a, 21b, 21c receive the fata and delivers it to the control unit 25 with the predetermined time slot.
