Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an efficient freezing in a short time as well as to eliminate such problems as contamination of the cooling liquid and the object to be frozen due to the cooling liquid by enveloping the object to be frozen with a film bag and freezing it impregnately.
CONSTITUTION: The object to be frozen a is put into a film bag 8 of such a construction that an end of this bag is open to the atmosphere, and dipped in the cooling liquid contained in an impregnation tank 1, to be frozen. Accordingly, objects can be frozen with better efficiency than through a usual air-cooling process as well as making refrigerators in small size and enhancing the quality of objects a can be expected thanks to short-time freezing realized by this constitution. Besides them, contamination of the cooling liquid can be prevented because objects a are enveloped by film bags 8 for being impregnated in the cooling liquid, and thus the objects to be frozen a can be prevented from being contaminated by the cooling liquid. Further, fear for the object's being bent is eliminated because it is hung for the freezing process, enhancing the quality of goods further together with the quick freezing effect due to this constitution.
