Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit use of plural power units as well as stabilize the output of power units composed of the same circuit by controlling control circuit by the output obtained by putting at least its own condition detection signal in the AND circuit of a power unit with a power conversion circuit.

CONSTITUTION: The power unit 1 is provided with the power conversion circuit 2 by which to convert the input 5 into the output 6, the condition detection circuit 3 by which to detect conditions of input voltage, etc., and the control circuit 4 by which to control the starting and stopping of the power conversion circuit 2, together with the AND circuit 8 by which to draw out "and " of its own condition detection signal 31 from the condition detection circuit 3 and the condition detection signal 31' through the terminals a'→b from another similar power unit 1' and then to send out the output 81, for example. In this case, the condition detection signal 31 is supplied through the terminals a→b' to the power unit 1'. Because, thus, both power units 1 and 1' are driven only when the inputs 5 and 5' are established, the instability of output is eliminated and thus the use of plural power units of the same circuit constitution is made possible.
