CONSTITUTION: A self-incremental device M is installed among a plurality of direct current power sources P1-N1 ∼ Pn ∼ Nn and a direct current ground fault relay 64, and the change-over contacts M1c∼Mnc of each incremental location Mo∼Mn of the incremental device M are passed through bus bars PG1, NG1 for detecting ground fault and bus bars PG2, NG2 for discriminating ground fault and connected to the ground fault relay 64 through an auxiliary relay Xc. The incremental device M is made incremental by means of a control circuit formed by ground fault relay contacts, a time limit relay and the auxiliary relay, and the points of accidents are displayed by means of lamps LP.
