Then a valve body 19 is transfered to the arrow direction 29 to make a valve 20 open its valve port 15. Since the valve rod 22 is displaced without any slide, the interaction among both ends of the sealing bellow 25, valve case 13 and valve rod 22 is available without any slide, which can improve the reliability in the hermetic sealing of the valve case 13.
