Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a calibrator of flow velocity measuring device of simple operations by mounting a high temperature fluid flow velocity measuring device to a perpendicular revolving shaft by adjusting its position vertically and laterally so that its end dips in molten metal and revolving the perpendicular revolving shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A high temperature flow velocity measuring device 10 is so constituted as to draw out the electrical output corresponding to the velocity of flow of the fluid to be measured by mounting a strain gauge 5 near the top end holding position 4a of its flexible bar 4.
