Abstract

PURPOSE: For eliminating the need of a slide section, ensuring cost reduction, facilitating automation and reducing the number of man-hour, to construct a frame and a press-in object material fitting table.
CONSTITUTION: When either of press-in rams 6, 7 contacts with either of press-in object material 15 and a press-in material 18, the advance thereof is stopped by a fixed table 17 through the medium of said press-in object material 15 and a support pin 18. The other of said press-in rams 6, 7 advances until contacting with the other of said press-in object material 15 and press-in material 18. Up to this time, the pressure of working fluid does not rise because of small load. When said both press- in rams 6, 7 contact with said press-in object material 15 and press-in material 18, the advance thereof is stopped and the pressure of pressure oil continues rising. When said pressure has risen sufficiently, said press-in material 18 is gradually pressed into said press-in object material 15. Thus, no slide section is needed, cost reduction is ensured, and automation is facilitated.
