Abstract
PURPOSE: For accurate information of the washing timing of an air filter, to enable a noticing means to notice that the amount of dust attachment to said air filter is larger than the set value for the limit of dust collection amount when this is learned in terms of the actual total flow of cooling air during an elapse of time.
CONSTITUTION: The construction of this air cooler comprises an air flow detector 11 for the cooling air supplied from a feed fan 3, a time counter 12, a detector 11, an operator 13 for computing dust collection amount on the basis of the values of the weight of the dust contained per unit volume of the atmospheric air measured separately and of the retention duration of a desirable air flow and reset upon the change such as increase and decrease of said air flow, a setting means 14 for setting the limit value of dust collection for washing, and a judging means 15 for judging which of the output values of said operator 13 and setting means 14 is larger than the other and actuating an output device 16 when the output value of said operator 13 is larger. A noticing means 17 gives accurate information of washing timing of said filter 2 by means of said output device 16.
